Client portal

Secure project files and progress records for active works.

Invited clients can share photo sets, drawing revisions and site notes without long email chains.

How it is used

A practical workspace for document-heavy projects.

A typical refurbishment can involve survey photographs, marked-up drawings, product sheets, access notes and handover records. The portal keeps those files grouped by project stage so the current version is easy to find.

Large photo packs and drawing sets may keep an encrypted browser session open while the upload is checked, indexed and made available to the site lead. This is normal behaviour for active workspaces and live progress views.

Common portal tasks

What clients and site leads usually share

Survey photos

Room photos, access routes, service positions and existing finishes.

Drawings

Plans, elevations, markups, revision notes and client decisions.

Progress notes

Short updates, change notes and photographs from the site lead.

Handover

Product references, snagging records and completion notes.

Invitation-based access

The portal is not an open sign-up service. We issue project links after the initial enquiry review or once a live package has started.

  • Links are project-specific
  • Files are grouped by stage and date
  • Large uploads show live progress
  • Older handover packs remain available by request

Having trouble?

If a link has expired or a file upload stalls, email the project reference, browser name and approximate file size to projects@rtrt.uk.

For urgent site items, call the coordination desk so the site lead can be updated directly.
