Clients usually share names, contact details, property locations, photographs, plans, access notes, preferred dates and project documents. For active works, related files may be stored in the client portal or project archive.
We use this information to respond to enquiries, prepare scopes, coordinate site visits, manage work packages and maintain handover records.

Retention
